Municipal budgetary institution «Palace of Arts» (MBU «Palace of Arts»). Today, the Palace of Arts is the most popular cultural institution in Nizhnevartovsk. After reconstruction, it became one of the largest institutions of public importance in the Khanty—Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra. This is one of the prestigious places for adults and children to relax, with high-quality service, interesting concert programs and a professional approach to work. The square of the Palace of Arts with sculptures and a light and music fountain is one of the favorite places for recreation and photographing Nizhnevartovsk residents and guests of the city. Every year, about 450 events are held in the Palace of Arts, they are attended by more than 200 thousand citizens. Comfortable conditions have been created here for both the audience and the artists. The auditorium with a balcony and two boxes in ergonomic chairs can comfortably accommodate 929 spectators.
