The Rossiya National Center was opened in Khanty-Mansiysk on December 16, 2025 and is one of the first five regional branches of the Rossiya National Center in the country. It was created on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, as part of a federal initiative to develop regional cultural centers. The National Center "Russia" in Ugra is a modern cultural and exhibition complex. The exhibition forms a holistic view of the nature of Ugra, its history, people, culture and development prospects. Guests can visit the hall of the history of the Ugra land "Pride through Time", the space "Dialogue of Nature and man", which demonstrates the beauty and richness of the region's nature, the hall "Hearth of Legends", revealing the identity of the indigenous peoples of the North, as well as the exhibition "Pride of the Future", which presents the current state and development prospects of each municipality of the autonomous okrug.. The permanent exhibition is complemented by a temporary exhibition hall, which will be dedicated to significant events, dates, achievements and regularly replace each other.
