The exhibition "Holidays in Russian"

Russian Russian Holidays exhibition, which includes more than 30 paintings from the museum's collection, is open at the Cultural and Exhibition Center of the Russian Museum in Kogalym. It is dedicated to calendar and family holidays, rituals and customs, which have united people of different generations and regions of the country for centuries.

The paintings of Ilya Repin, Konstantin Makovsky, Boris Kustodiev and other masters of the XVIII–XX centuries feature Christmas, Maslenitsa, Easter and wedding traditions. Every job has hospitality, generous feasting and sincere fun, which no Russian celebration can do without.

The exhibition runs from 09/10/2026 to 08/24/2027
