Walking tour "Uray. Under the wing of an airplane"

The tour takes place on the square near the Cathedral Mosque, near the famous art object - the AN—24 aircraft. In the 1960s, this aircraft brought the first oil workers to Urai and transported important cargo. Now it has become a symbol of the development of Shaim oil. The AN-24 was one of the most popular aircraft in the USSR, handling a third of the country's total passenger traffic. Its main feature is the ability to land on small airfields and unpaved lanes.
