Model Library

The model library is a new generation library with interactive equipment, mobile shelving and bright poufs and sofas. There is no usual Reading Room, Subscription or Periodicals Room here. They were replaced by convenient "smart" zoning. All with care for visitors. A "Book cafe" is organized in the lobby of the first floor – a comfortable area for reading periodicals. On the second floor there is a touch kiosk, with which you can learn about electronic resources or find a book. The library also has access to the resources of the Presidential Library and several clubs work. If you need to find some information or work at a computer, take a look at the modern "Technopark". For convenience, each computer has headphones and a camera, and next to it is specialized literature. Young people also like the model library. In the" Book Hall "and" Youth Hall", companies can gather for thematic discussions, board games or master classes. There is something else interesting in the library – multimedia chairs with a built-in tablet, which are located in a comfortable and bright "Book Studio". Here you can "surf" on the Internet, and listen to audiobooks, watch videos or work with files on a flash drive. And next to it there is an "Art Hall" with a microphone, a synthesizer and a stage for performances. They didn't forget about the kids either. In the basement there is a game room with comfortable sofas and all kinds of educational toys. And in the "Junior Hall" there is everything for a useful rest – music books and squeaker books, a puppet theater, a light table for drawing with sand and much more. Also, the library has all the conditions for low-mobility groups of the population. At the entrance there is a ramp with handrails and anti-slip steps. The sanitary and hygienic room is equipped with stationary supports. Swing doors, floor tactile paths and direction signs are installed everywhere, risk zones are highlighted in bright color on the walls. On the second floor you can climb the stairs "BK S100".
