"Molodezhny" Square

On August 15, 2020, for the 35th anniversary of Nyagan, a new public territory appeared within the framework of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" - Molodezhny Square in the residential neighborhood "Tsentralny" at the intersection of Lenin and Decembrist Streets. Its area is almost 8,500 sq. m. The square has an unusual solution, which gives space for imagination, the organization of progressive landscape design and the possibility of using futuristic, parametric small forms, which is already actively used in cities with developed infrastructure. The square has an unusual design idea - an oval center at the intersection of pedestrian flows. Rounded and straight sidewalk paths are placed in the direction of movement, as well as to maintain the composition of the dominant. The art object "Nyagan Beloved" deserves attention - a three-dimensional inscription that transforms when viewed from different angles, which has already become one of the favorite photo zones in Nyagan. The peculiarity of its execution is that the inscription changes depending on the angle of the viewer. On the one hand, it is "Nyagan", on the other - "Beloved". A modern comfortable space with sidewalks, lighting, benches, flower beds, parking lots for people with disabilities has been created in the park.
