"Kolokol" Square

The "Kolokol" Square is located in the center of the memorial square for the victims of all wars and catastrophes, repression and genocide. On the bell there is an inscription in the Slavic language: "Eternal memory to the soldiers who laid down their lives for the faith and the Fatherland." The bell is made of bronze, mounted on a metal frame with a height of 6.5 m, the diameter of the bell is 1.5 m, the height is 1.3 m. The pedestal is 3x3m in size and 0.7 m high. Lined with granite. In 2015, the Bell Square was reconstructed and 4 granite slabs were installed in "memory of the Victims of Genocide", "Victims of political repression" and "Victims of radiation in Chernobyl" for the 70th anniversary of the Victory and the 30th anniversary of the city of Langepas
