Square "Drop of oil"

The monument in the square "Drop of oil" symbolizes the extraction of black gold, Western Siberia as the center of the oil and gas industry. This unique structure is a gift from the president of the Lukoil oil company Vagit Alekperov. The opening of the monument coincided with the 40th anniversary of the "Shaimskoye" field – the country's largest oil field. The "Drop of oil" is made of bronze, the diameter of the drop is 2.4 m, the height is 3 m. The "Drop" is mounted on four metal racks lined with white metal. The height of the racks is 9 m.
