Guest house «Cedar» offers for rent a large two-storey wooden house with an area of 250 sq.m., located 8 km from the center of Surgut on the banks of the Ob River channel, its own coastline, pond, plot of 20m2. The house is designed for 20 people. 14 people can stay comfortably overnight. Also on the territory there is a Russian wood-burning sauna with a pouring bucket, a large Playground, a closed gazebo with a barbecue area, Parking for 7 cars. In winter we provide services: - snowmobiling (adult and children) - wooden sleigh - snow banana During the flight period we provide services: - riding a wooden boat in the pond - fishing - mini petting zoo (in the future) The leased premises are in a condition that meets the requirements for premises used for short-term and long-term rentals, and also comply with environmental requirements, personal safety requirements, fire safety requirements, in accordance with regulatory documents in force on the territory of the Russian Federation. The house is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and video surveillance is conducted on the territory of the yard.
