Children's Art School

The art School opened its doors to children in 2012. 700 children are engaged under one roof. There are instrumental, choral, choreographic, and art departments. Pokachevsky young singers and musicians became famous in international competitions. In 2014, in Prague, the young vocalist became the winner of an international competition, and at the All-Russian competition in Kazan, the instrumental ensemble took first place. The school has an orchestra of folk instruments and a brass band. Residents and guests of the city have the opportunity to hear ensembles at all city holidays. Choral groups of the School of Arts are numerous laureates of numerous competitions. The Art School square is decorated with fountains "Floating Stones". Traditionally, festive events are held on this square in autumn, on the City Day and the Day of the Oil and Gas Industry. Playgrounds work here for the citizens, creative teams perform, and a fair sale is organized.
