«Ethnographic complex «Silava» is organized by members of the Community of Small Indigenous Peoples «Ela Hotal», which means «Future» in Mansi translation. The mission of the non-profit organization of the Indigenous Peoples' Community of the North «Ela Hotal» is the revival of history, culture, folk arts and crafts of the Kondi Mansi. The territory of the ethnocenter is located on the picturesque shore of the beautiful Konda 14 kilometers from the city of Uray on the site of the former Mansi village Nova Silawa.
