In the local history museum you can always visit two permanent exhibitions: 1. Exhibition "From the origins to the present" #Museum and Exhibition Center The exhibition reflects the history of the region, its natural resources and the peculiarities of life in harsh northern conditions. Guests will learn how life has changed with the arrival of civilization in ancient Yugra. The exhibition presents three sections: - "Nature of our Region" demonstrates the diversity of nature and wildlife of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. - "Ethnography" reveals the theme of the culture of the indigenous peoples of the north. It presents the national clothing of the Khanty people, jewelry and household items, devices for hunting and fishing. The historical section reflects the life of the population of the region in the 70s and 80s 2. Exhibition "Techno-vintage" #Museum and Exhibition Center Technology has gone through a historically long path of development — from primitive tools of primitive man to the most complex automatic devices of modern industry. The exhibition clearly demonstrates the stages of improvement of technical inventions, introduces the history of their creation and creators. Various types of electronic computers, samples of video and sound reproducing equipment, objects of visual transmission of information were selected from the museum's funds for the exposition: cameras and a curiosity for young people - a photo tank for film processing, as well as a slide projector, a filmoscope "Fairy Tale" and filmstrips.
