Sculptural composition "Flame"

The new art object "Flame" is one of the very first to meet at the entrance to the city. The spiral stele, whose three swirling sides resemble a flame iridescent with all the colors of the rainbow, not only complemented the modern image of the city, but also became a new symbol of multinational Swings. The sculptural composition is a gift to the city from the LUKOIL oil company, architect Tim MacFarlane from the UK.
