Sculptural composition «Mother and child»

On may 15, 2009, the Day of family, love and loyalty, an unusual sculpture – a font with three figures sitting in it-appeared in front of the family Palace in Yugorsk. The composition shows the most common scene from family life – a mother and father lovingly bathe their baby. However, for young parents, bathing a child is not just a daily ritual, but a kind of sacrament. That is why it is believed that the sculptural composition is a symbol of family happiness, reliability and well-being. Interesting fact: the right to open the monument was granted to representatives of the Razzhivin family. Their dynasty dates back to 1883. The sculpture is made of gypsum concrete mix and is not accidentally installed near the registry Office. The symbolic monument is designed to remind the newlyweds of how many happy moments they still have to experience together. Home, wealth and children-that's what makes a person really rich.
