Is it possible to create masterpieces of metal sculpture? Nothing is impossible! This was proved by the participants of the international festival of Park sculpture «Metal-welding» in 2016. It was with the light hand of ten participants of the event that the Yubileyny square in Yugorsk turned into a mini-open-air exhibition. Scrap metal was used as raw material. In the manufacture of some of the songs took several weeks! In the role of sculptors tried his hand as a welder. And, by the way, not only men. For example, the sculpture «Strong family» is the work of the only female participant Galina Polikarpova from the Nizhny Novgorod region. A touching composition, for which the master received a special prize. In total, 12 sculptural compositions from non-professional authors from the Moscow region, Sverdlovsk region, Udmurtia and even Kazakhstan appeared in the square during the festival. All of them are themed. "Family and love" was the theme of the festival. Therefore, it is absolutely not surprising that representatives of the working profession created such romantic sculptures in the form of a stork, wedding rings, swans or a cat with kittens.
