The costs of purchasing the components of the memorial complex: podiums, pedestals, granite tiles, flowerpots and their delivery to the city were assumed by the public organization "Landing Territory", using grant support from the municipality, as well as organizing a collection of funds among veterans of the Airborne Forces living in the city.
