Ilgiz Gimranov's exhibition "Chronicle of a Fleeting Time"

The exhibition presents works in which typical buildings acquire a special picturesqueness, and everyday life is revealed as a space of subtle meanings and almost magical charm. In Ilgiz Gimranov's paintings, an ordinary blocky house turns into a whole world: it can be both a launch pad and a "spaceship" from childhood fantasies. Masterfully constructed compositions convey the subtle nuances of the changing seasons and the characteristic lighting of different times of the day, and the figures of people seem to fall out of the usual flow of time.

The artist's work has been noted for his participation in numerous exhibitions and art projects, and his works are included in the collections of significant museums, including the State Russian Museum (St. Petersburg‑St. Petersburg) and the National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the opening of the exhibition, the artist will meet with the residents of Surgut and an author's tour will be held.
