The F. K. Salmanov House exhibition

The Memorial Complex of Pioneer Geologists illustrates the pages of Surgut's history related to the rebirth of the city. The house of the discoverer of Siberian oil, Farman Kurbanovich Salmanov, has been preserved in its historical place. The memorial exposition has been recreated in the house with the setting in which the legendary Soviet geologist and his family lived from 1957 to 1961.

Samples of transport equipment from the 60s of the XX century are located on the open area, a photo exhibition with unique shots of the oil development of the Middle Ob region is presented, a prospectors' trailer, where the situation is recreated and the main objects used in the daily routine of work and recreation by the workers of the Surgut oil exploration are presented.
