The village of Yarki was formed in 1930 by exiled immigrants. Till 2006 the village Yarki. Yarki was a part of the Bazyanovskaya territory, since 2006 it belongs to the rural settlement Shapsha. The meeting of the inhabitants of the village Yarki decided to choose the place for the construction of the church near the memorial to the soldiers fallen in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945. The new temple became a place of revival of the lost church and chapel in the villages of Bazyany and Manuilovo, whose residents now live in Yarki.
