This is how the "Timeline" was born - a street space wrapping around the courtyard, created in collaboration with the city's creative community. Guests are invited to walk through five thematic zones reflecting the key eras of human history: from the primitive world to antiquity, from medieval romanticism to modern times. The final point of the route is the timeless book courtyard - a place for silence, relaxation and leisurely reading.

The townspeople note that it has become a real cultural center - alive, inspiring and accessible. Sometimes there is a DJ set here, sometimes there are lectures or open-air sessions, but at any time you can just sit down with a book and be alone with yourself.

Chamber Theatre "23"

"Ugra-Classic" has three halls. The large 1000-seat hall with a stalls, an amphitheater, a balcony and side boxes - here the most large-scale events take place. It was here that the king of instruments - the unique organ of the German company "Loganes Klais Orgelbau" - sounded. One of its main features are the white keys of three manuals. They are decorated with the bone of a baby mammoth that lay in permafrost for more than 500 thousand years.

Particular attention is drawn to the fountain complex "Ob and Irtysh" - a 16-meter composition of granite and bronze, decorated with sculptures of animals of Yugra. And one of the park's areas, popularly known as "Skovorodka", holds a special urban history. It was once a favorite open-air dance area - a place of meetings, youth and first music. And today it remains an important point on the map of urban memories.
